Arizona Athletic Grounds: Formerly Legacy Sports Complex, this athletic complex provides a variety of playing fields and indoor team sports facilities designed with the latest in athletic technologies. This 324-acre private family sports and entertainment complex is a fast-track project that involves the construction of full city arterial roadways within a private development, including water, sewer, roadway, drainage improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, and landscaping. Additional key scopes consist of mass earthwork, grading, interior collector roads, sports field construction, and coordination with multiple separate CMAR contracts. The arterial roads require connection to ADOT right-of-way and facilities, including ADOT encroachment permits. The outdoor facilities include the development of a multi-field soccer complex that includes 23 soccer fields, 20 sand volleyball courts, including one stadium court, 40 pickleball courts, six sand soccer fields, eight baseball/softball fields, and a 50-acre special events area. This project also requires coordination with the City of Mesa, ADOT, Legacy Sports LLC, utility providers, and ASLD. Location: Mesa, AZ

Hance Park Revitalization: This 32-acre transformation project includes an amphitheater, jogging loop, skate park, play structures, interactive water features, public art installations, shade elements, gardens, café, public restrooms, and investigation and repair of the Central Avenue bridge. Gilbert Regional Park Phase 1 & 1B: This 54-acre project includes an iconic playground, splash pad, turf areas, a seven-acre lake, amphitheater, 10-acre event lawn, food truck area, sixteen pickleball courts, six tennis courts, two basketball courts, six sand volleyball courts, ASR well, water/sewer infrastructure, and parking. Asante Branch Library: This project includes design and construction of a new 10,000 SF single-story branch library within Asante Park.
