Arizona Athletic Grounds: Formerly Legacy Sports Complex, this athletic complex provides a variety of playing fields and indoor team sports facilities designed with the latest in athletic technologies. This 324-acre private family sports and entertainment complex is a fast-track project that involves the construction of full city arterial roadways within a private development, including water, sewer, roadway, drainage improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, and landscaping. Additional key scopes consist of mass earthwork, grading, interior collector roads, sports field construction, and coordination with multiple separate CMAR contracts. The arterial roads require connection to ADOT right-of-way and facilities, including ADOT encroachment permits. The outdoor facilities include the development of a multi-field soccer complex that includes 23 soccer fields, 20 sand volleyball courts, including one stadium court, 40 pickleball courts, six sand soccer fields, eight baseball/softball fields, and a 50-acre special events area. This project also requires coordination with the City of Mesa, ADOT, Legacy Sports LLC, utility providers, and ASLD. Location: Mesa, AZ

Asante Branch Library: This project includes design and construction of a new 10,000 SF single-story branch library within Asante Park. Sunrise Mountain Library: This 22,000 SF library is a modern full-service regional library with a 100,000-piece collection.
