Festival Fields Park Expansion & Renovation: The Avondale Festival Fields Park project is a 30-acre expansion and renovation of the existing Festival Fields regional park for the City of Avondale. Margaret T. Hance Park Revitalization: Margaret T. Hance Park is an existing 32-acre urban park originally built over the I-10 bridge in downtown Phoenix in 1992. This transformation project includes an amphitheater, jogging loop, skate park, play structures, interactive water features, public art installations, shade elements, gardens, café, and public restrooms. Casa Grande Community Recreation Center: This 55,000 SF community recreation center includes a gymnasium with two basketball courts, walking track, dance studio, fitness area, multi-purpose room, classrooms, teen center, child watch, lobby, administrative offices, and parking. Location: Casa Grande, AZ | Owner: City of Casa Grande | Designer: Architekton 

Gilbert Regional Park Phase 1 & 1B: Phase 1 of Gilbert Regional Park is comprised of 30 acres and is located between Higley Road and the East Maricopa Floodway. The project includes an iconic playground, splash pad, turf areas, ramadas, offsite improvements, ASR well, water/sewer infrastructure, and parking. Phase 1B is comprised of 24 acres and includes a seven-acre lake, amphitheater, 10-acre event lawn, food truck area, corporate ramada, sixteen pickleball courts, six tennis courts, two basketball courts, six sand volleyball courts, and two additional restrooms. Location: Gilbert, AZ | Owner: Town of Gilbert | Designer: Dig Studio 

Mansel Carter Oasis Park: This new 44-acre park includes a six-acre urban fishing lake, four lighted baseball fields, two lighted multi-purpose fields, two lighted basketball courts, two sand volleyball courts, shipwreck-themed splash pad, peninsula with rock waterfall, a central and inclusive playground, sand discovery dig zone, pathways with three fitness pods, skatepark, eight picnic ramadas, restrooms and concessions buildings, collector road, and site improvements. Location: Queen Creek, AZ | Owner: Town of Queen Creek | Designer: J2 Engineering & Environmental Design 

Hobbs Center of Recreational ExcellenceThis 140,000 SF community recreation center includes a gymnasium with four multi-activity courts, an indoor aquatics center with a competition lap pool, leisure pool with play features, and warm water therapy pool, an indoor field house with a turf field, an indoor elevated walking/jogging track, aerobics/fitness rooms, fitness area for cardiovascular training, racquetball courts, lounge and game room space, and childwatch/play area. Location: Hobbs, NM | Owner: City of Hobbs | Designer: Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture  

South Mountain Ray & Joan KROC Corps Community Center: This 139,000 SF community center includes an indoor aquatic center, outdoor competitive pool, fitness center, chapel/performing arts center, three-court gymnasium, four utility sport fields, six volleyball courts, youth game room, wellness center/clinic, commercial kitchen and dining areas, classrooms, computer learning center, and climbing wall. Location: Phoenix, AZ | Owner: The Salvation Army | Designers: Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture / Dick & Fritsche Design Group 

Asante Branch Library: This project includes design and construction of a new 10,000 SF single-story branch library within Asante Park. The library includes multiple study rooms, designated children’s, teens’ and adults’ reading rooms, a multi-purpose makerspace, and administrative areas. Location: Surprise, AZ | Owner: City of Surprise | Designer: richard+bauer 

Sunrise Mountain Library: This 22,000 SF library is a modern full-service regional library with a 100,000-piece collection. The facility is located within a master planned community and features signature architecture and connectivity with the surrounding neighborhood. The library utilizes RFID and self-service technology and includes adult, teen, and youth reading spaces, common areas and multi-use facilities. Montrose Community Recreational Center: This 69,000 SF community recreation and aquatics facility includes a multi-court gymnasium, climbing wall, elevated jogging track, fitness and weight room, two racquetball courts, game room, indoor playground, child watch area, an indoor aquatics facility with a lap pool and leisure pool, multi-purpose classrooms that also function as party rooms, and the conversion of the existing community aquatics center into an indoor turf soccer field. Location: Montrose, CO | Owner: Montrose Recreation District | Designer: Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture 

Morenci Community CenterThis 55,200 SF multi-faceted community center serves the employees and families of Freeport-McMoRan living in the small rural town of Morenci. The project features indoor/outdoor aquatics, climbing wall, jogging track, two-court gymnasium, two racquetball courts, two fitness areas, group fitness room, indoor playground, multi-purpose space, child watch area, and a café. Kino South Sports ComplexThe Kino Sports Complex is host to numerous major league, amateur, and youth soccer tournaments in Tucson. Due to increased demand, Pima County is expanding its existing athletic complex.
