Mesa Drive Improvements Phase II

This project includes reconstruction of existing traffic through-lanes and installation of raised landscaped medians connecting to the recently completed portion of Mesa Drive south of 8th Avenue and the proposed Light Rail improvements. Scope also includes raised medians and dual left turn lanes for north, east, south, and west bound traffic for the Broadway and Mesa intersection, new underground utilities (water, wastewater, storm drain, gas, and electrical power), underground 12Kv overhead electrical lines from 8th Avenue to Main Street, and hardscape and landscaping from Mesa Drive through to Main Street.
