These facilities are constructed with tilt-up concrete panels and a steel bar joist roof system. The office addition features a state-of-the-art training room with extensive AV, electrical, and data systems, as well as an energy efficient VRV air conditioning system. Belden Warehouse: This project includes a 900,000 SF conversion of a manufacturing plant to mixed-use space including warehouse storage, offices, and retail facilities. Navajo County Public Works Complex: The project provides a 10,844 SF maintenance area, 12,247 SF administration area that includes a large conference room for emergency operations, two separate 2,000 SF storage buildings, a 3,500 SF vehicle wash building, fueling facilities, and well, water storage, and pump station facilities. The site provides maneuvering space for oversized maintenance vehicles and separation of circulation for private small vehicles from the large service trucks.
