Banner Aspera Medical Office Building: This 115,000 SF two-story medical office building is developed by NexCore Group in partnership with Banner Health. Located on a 10-acre site, the facility includes imaging, pharmacy, lab, pediatrics, family practice, ortho, general surgery, gastro, cardiology, internal medicine, endo, and other related services. Banner Ironwood 4th and 5th Floor Build Out: This project builds out 41,700 SF of shelled space on Banner Ironwood’s 4th and 5th floors. The 4th floor includes 12 MOSU beds with support space and the 5th floor includes 24 Med-Surg beds with support space. This project also includes an additional CT scanner, a second staff elevator, new AHU and expanded central plant, and new 271-space parking lot. Abrazo Medical Group Denaro Plaza Medical Office Building: This 24,360 SF two-story medical office building for HonorHealth and Valley of the Sun Pain Center includes exam rooms, blood work collection area, radiology suites, med gas, an exam room, vitals, observation room, triage rooms, break rooms, a lobby/waiting area, supply storage space, community room, restrooms, and administration space. Tucson Veteran’s Home: The 137,000 SF, 24-hour care facility is comprised of four 26,000 SF single-story patient buildings, each housing 30 private rooms. Each patient building contains living, dining, activity, and country kitchen spaces. The administration building features a rehabilitation facility, central kitchen, great rooms, community room, café, library, gift shop, and outdoor courtyard space. Summit Healthcare Oncology Center: The project includes a 6,700 SF addition to the existing Cancer Center for a new lobby, chemotherapy, pharmacy, and receiving areas. Also includes a 3,000 SF renovation of the existing Cancer Center for new exam and consultation rooms, offices, and reception/checkout areas, as well as renovation of the existing Radiation Oncology.
