This 2-story, 36,693 SF facility includes a dispatch area, detention center, small arms vault, and administrative areas. The project includes EIFS, 60 kW Photovoltaic System, natural stone veneer, metal wall panels, and blast resistant engineered storefront and curtain wall systems. Also included is 1,200 LF of communication duct and five maintenance manholes with one 600 pair OSP copper cable and two 48 single-mode fiber optic cables in innerduct.

The Dispatch Operations Center is an emergency services call center with dry fire & clean agent suppression system. The Detention Center includes four holding cells, an isolation room, a sally port, and a processing room. The Armory and Evidence Property Rooms have Class 5 vault doors, and the lobby has bullet resistant composite armor panel walls and bullet proof windows and doors.
