Airport Well #2 Water Treatment Distribution

This project includes rehabilitating City-owned property adjacent to Airport Well #2 (also owned by the City) into a well treatment facility. The scope includes new pump and system components, new electrical building with VFD, RTU, MCC, and SES along with SCADA programming, which utilizes the City’s current standards for wonderware and HMI interface. Water distribution includes a chemical feed building, arsenic removal system, and other applicable site improvements. Installation of 6,300 LF of 16” DIP to the Hopeville water campus where additional improvements were made to comply with the approved blending plan prior to distribution. Formal instrumentation and commissioning was performed prior to turnover to the City. Project scope also includes APS coordination.
