Navajo County Public Works Complex

Haydon was the CMAR for this new 33,000 SF Public Works Complex which replaced the existing Holbrook Road Yard. The project provides a 10,844 SF maintenance area, 12,247 SF  administration area that includes a large conference room for emergency operations, two separate 2,000 SF storage buildings, a 3,500 SF vehicle wash building, fueling facilities, and well, water storage, and pump station facilities. The new complex is situated on an 11-acre site near the northwest intersection of Highways 77 and 377, just south of Holbrook. The site provides maneuvering space for oversized maintenance vehicles and separation of circulation for private small vehicles from the large service trucks. Parking for 30 privately owned vehicles was also included. The site is master-planned to provide space for future buildings and material lay-down areas.
