Meet Justin Newman, Senior Vice President of Haydon’s Building Division. He brings over 23 years of experience, expertise, and client relationships to his role. Prior to his position at Haydon, Newman served in various executive leadership roles and managed a wide variety of projects at previous firms. Newman is active among industry groups and is most proud of the work he and other industry leaders are doing on the Industry Advisory Board of Northern Arizona University’s Construction Management program where he is the current chair. Justin graduated with a Construction Management degree from NAU.
Newman is responsible for the overall execution of operational initiatives of Haydon’s building division, including the development of market initiatives and expansion of key segments in an ever-changing and expanding market. “We are excited to have Justin as the role of Senior Vice President for our building division,” says Katie Haydon, executive vice president. “As we move through our succession plan and prepare for the next 30 years, Justin’s embodiment of our company culture and fundamental behaviors will undoubtedly be instrumental in positioning Haydon for the future.”
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family whether on family trips or cheering on local sports teams. Newman adds “I feel blessed to be a part of the Haydon family and look forward to the opportunities that we have ahead of us.”
