
Geoff Shumway is the Director of Business Development for Haydon. As the senior leader of the business development team, Geoff focuses on directing Haydon’s market strategy as well as managing key relationships within the public sector across state, county and local entities, and private sector corporate clients.

Shumway joined Haydon after spending more than eight years with the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) where he served as the Executive Vice President of Business Development. Within this position he led business attraction and expansion efforts on behalf of the Office of the Governor and the State of Arizona. Prior to his role at the ACA, Shumway spent 16 years serving in senior business development and sales leadership roles for various companies including MicroAge, Pulte Group and LifeLock. Shumway is active among industry groups such as the Arizona Association of Economic Development (AAED), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks Arizona (NAIOP Arizona), Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), and the 7×24 Exchange.
Away from the office, Shumway proudly serves as a Blue Blazer Squadron member with the Fighter Country Partnership in support of the airmen of Luke Air Force Base.
