Salaried Employees (Administrators/Clerical, Foremen, Superintendents, PE’s, Project Managers):

• Haydon pays for 100% of employee-only premium for medical and dental
• Haydon pays for 50% of dependent premium for medical and dental
• You are eligible for benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire
• 40 hours of vacation after one year, 80 after two years, 120 after six years
• 40 hours of sick/personal time per year
• Holiday pay immediately following employment

Hourly Field Employees

• Holiday pay 90 days from the date of hire
